Conference on the Constitution
A Constitutional Seminar especially designed for our elected officials and candidates running for office this November will be held from 9am-5pm. Registration begins at 8:30am on Friday, March 19. The "early bird" cost is $40; at the door is $50. All are welcome. Lunch is on your own, but refreshments will be available throughout the day. Write your elected officials and urge them to sign up for this important class. There will be no charge for returning students! Battle of the Bands!
Come to the 6th Annual Battle of the Bands! With up to 20 rock bands from all over the Eastern United States, performing on 2 stages, this is THE rock event of the year! Amateur bands compete first, from 4pm until 6:30, and then the Pro bands take the stage from 7pm until ???

Wilkes Amazing Race
The Wilkes Amazing Race combines physical and mental challenges with a host of fun and wacky team competitions. Teams of two will enjoy a county wide adventure, while visiting many of our tourist destinations, with the hopes of winning the ultimate prize! We will end the day with a fun social gathering of food and entertainment. Proceeds go to Samaritan’s Christian Ministry of Wilkes.
