i agree with kelley. and beach goer. they should rethink their upper management and look at what happens when the honest people don't have a place in the company!

I will say as someone (myself) who has sold a lot of things, I used to recommend Basic to all my buyers. Once location/manager (whatever?) changed, I tell buyers to go wherever they want for a loan.

I have no loans there. I've never had a loan in my life, this is a personal issue with the branch manager

The only reason someone would do business with any Finance company is because their credit rating is in the toilet.

Make the payment and quit whining. Had you been more responsible with paying your bills you wouldn't have this problem.

You know what's really sad? That a college student can't write proper sentences any better than Kelly writes.

I have never had an issue with them they have always worked with me and been very friendly. Not sure if I have just been lucky or Kelley has just had a bad deal with them.

I'd have to say if they'd replace, who in my opinion from dealing with him, their crooked and dishonest branch manager I could give them a good review. Should've kept Jerry Beach, he was a decent, honest fellow, and was even kind enough to allow me to do my college internship here. Todd Holbroch on the other hand, needs a few lessons in honesty, and manners. I wouldn't go here for a loan now if they offered me zero interest. If a man is that dishonest dealing with people outside of work, I wouldn't want him handling my money, nor would I want him anywhere near the branch manager position, that's the type of person who I wouldn't put past laundering money. If fraud accounting has taught me anything, it's that if someone will rip one person off, they will anybody, including the company they work for. And being this is my opinion and experience with the man, it's not slander, just a warning for others. This company needs to do a little more research on their employees before hiring them too, this isn't the first crooked employee they've had in the last 5-6 years. It would also help them to have a few more employees who weren't so rude, and think they are above and better than everyone else. The staff before Basic was moved were much more friendly, rude people will ruin this business before it's over. I wouldn't send the first person to them now, and used to that's where I always suggested people go for a loan first, not anymore. Find another loan company, don't get stuck dealing with this group of individuals.
