We had ordered take out from blue ridge bisto and it was horrible! They failed to make the sandwiches like we had ordered. The philly cheese steak was dry and disgusting. The onion rings were equally bad. Never again will eat from there.

Let me get a battery for my calculator and I can tell you how much that averages out to per person.

$40 isn't unreasonable for 4 people. You must be a cheapskate.

$40 for 4 people isn't bad at all. I can't speak for the quality of the food or service though. I have never been there.

We ate at Blue Ridge Bistro and it was terrible and very over priced! The food quality was horrible!
The waitress was even worse! Almost $40 for 4 people to eat! I will never go back. Take your business
seriously and take the time to make your food match what you're charing! This town needs a good business for families to eat! You get a 3 out of 10 BRB only because my drink was drinkable!

Dined here tonight. We arrived only one other patron at booth talking to man standing next to booth. We waited a moment or so, made some noise and the man turned and asked if we were here to eat. We said yes instead of saying no we here to buy the place??? He said sit anywhere waitress will be right with you.

Ok she came over promptly and took our drink orders. We then ordered garlic knots, two different pasta dishes salad with Italian dressing.

Garlic knots came after about 5 min. to our surprise they were not cooked. Had to get the gal over and tell here she took them back. Then after a couple minutes the salads came. Good size salad which we began to eat, looking at one another we said do you taste any dressing.... no.. Had to get the waitress over to bring some dressing, there was not any on the salads. Ok, then the knots came, looking cooked and she explained the chef took them out a minute too early. Sorry but they were NOT cooked the first time. I did not think they were anything special they did give us an extra one. The meals arrived after the first bite of knots.

One pasta dish was ok, I had one with sausage & rice it was fair. She had asked if I wanted meat sauce on it when she took the order and I said yes, there was no meat sauce.Got the bill and went to the check out, no one there, the hotel desk clerk went in and came out saying she would be right there. By now 6:30 or so there were 4 tables filled. She came over as soon as she could and we paid.

Needless to say this was probably our first and last trip to the "Bistro"

I heard they had done a lot of renovations, other than removing the Christmas lights and replacing them with grapes I did not see any improvements. The ice machine is still annoyingly noisy.

It's difficult to determine who is in charge, I believe that there is an investor who is backing the guys who run the Kitchen. I don't know this for a fact only what I've heard second hand.

Who is running the place?

I forgot the most important item the kitchen staff was filthy. If the chef's look gross think about the appearance of the kitchen. Wesley was almost acceptable the other fellow looked like he had been cleaning out the grease pit at the oil change place

Tried the Bistro today, not much of a crowd. Wait staff was pleasent quickly shown yo a table. Order taken with no problem then that trouble began. One order was not prepared as ordered it you order no onion no tomato and no pickle you'd expect to get that, not at BRB, all that was on the sandwich. The blacked chicken was not it was just burned, yea it was black alright but not from a blend of seasoning and a quick sear in a cast iron skillet. Oh well I wish them we but I won't be back.

We tried the Bistro last night. The food was good. They have very generous portions of pasta. Two people could easily eat one dish. The garlic knots were really good. My complaint is that they don't serve any bread with the pasta, you have to purchase the knots separately. Also, you have to purchase the salad separately. Service was alright, nothing special. The manager did come out and make sure the food was good, which was nice.

The standards around here for pizza are pretty low. And how would bread covered with butter and garlic not be good?
