The judge should hold him in contempt for wasting the courts time

Gerry probably loses his argument when the judge asks to see his drivers license and social security card.

Wouldn't we all be better off now if he truly had never really existed.

That was the point. He may actually have a good argument for his case claiming that he doesn't really exist

I think therefore I am. I'm not real sure that what Gerald does is actually thinking or not, he has really swallowed the sovereign citizen kool aid, or at least he is following the script pretty well.

No, it shows you had no idea who DesCartes is, and you tried googling it, but didn't fully understand his work since you have no working knowledge of Latin.
Those you can't, teach. Those who can't teach, become administrators.

DesCarte is telling us that fins doesn't exist in the real world, only his magical make believe world he is always living in. Does that hit the nail on the head fins? Dream on dawg, about the 16 year old child...

I should have known that a reference to a 16th century French philosopher, (one actually considered the father of modern philosophy) would be wasted on posters like blanch and the wannabe truck driver
It's a shame too. Cause it's a great line

I wonder how long a judge will listen to his argument.
Blanch I can "wish" for a blonde cheerleader 6 feet tall with legs smooth as silk and a set of nice young perky ta=tas the size of a melon but all you got is 60 y/0 case of the droops. Oh did I mention she is 16 y/o?

DesCarte said, "Cogito ergo sum"
So, Gerry might have a good case about not existing

Now dawg, that is a dumb comment. No one should be held accountable for what this idiot Price did by voting for him. I never voted for him the first time just because I don't like him.

I wish there was a way to identify each person that voted for him in the last election (four years ago) and let them pay for the counties legal bills pertaining to Gerry.

He didn't say that. He said that the County Attorney is supposed to keep the County (us) out of trouble. By this guy knowingly illegally claiming to live in the house he formerly owned, he was breaking the law and as such the County Attorney should have raised the issue. If he claimed to have moved once he was thrown off what he used to own, then hi address should have been verified. Everyone knew he had created intentional legal troubles for himself and those on the Commission and the County Attorney should have been closely watching what was going on with him. He put himself in the spotlight. If there was a spotlight. Where did DBC lead you to think that he meant that the County was supplying a lawyer to keep Price out of trouble?

The foreclosure was between Gerry and Suntrust bank. Fannine mae took possession on March 5 as they guaranteed the loan for suntrust.. They waited for unknown reasons at this time but we all have a pretty good idea of why but they had Gerry put out in June and changed the locks. Its suspicious that nothing was done until last week as these properties are supposed to be inspected once a week. Again there is much missing from the stories.

The county doesn't hire a lawyer to keep him out of trouble in his personal life.

Since everyone knew that he had been forclosed on and that he couldn't be living in that house legally, why didn't someone at the County like the Countys lawyer for instance check to see where he was actually living? They should then have blown the whistle on him if he said he was living in his former house. Or, if not there then verify where he was living. Seems like more dozing off up there on the hill. It would seem like the county pays a lawyer to keep them out of trouble and if this man was living other than where he was supposed to be living, he wasn't legally a commissioner then was he? Does that mean maybe his votes should not be counted for things he voted about at the meetings.

He can if he moves out of the county or if he is convicted of the B/E. How many meetings has he missed lately?

The county has known he was living in that house. Who delivers the agenda packages to the mouth breathers?
