Here are some thoughts after reading this, not on the original topic.
1. Having SIGINT personnel conducting some methods of collection on US personnel is illegal under intelligence oversight laws, assuming they are military, DA or DoD civilian, or gov contractor.
2. There is no such thing as a "military" passport.
3. I have to question if someone is SF or SF support. Nearly every military occupation has billets in a SF group. SF support does not equate to SF.
