I don't know the term of the Lowe's Food rental agreement, the owners may not be out a thing at this point if the lease was not complete when the store closed.

Rbg properties which is managed by Sal properties out of Henderson nc. Owners are Robert Fleming and William Barnett. Tax value on the joint is 4.5 million.

Who owns that strip mall? I know Jim Reeves did at one time and I think he got it in the divorce settlement with Andrea. Somebody's missing out on a lot of good rent.

makes about as much sense as saying that Kohl's is coming to that location. The only reasonable business anyone has mentioned to date is Big Lot's and I doubt it will be them either.

The old lowes building is going to be a disco and club called the electric banana. This will be a private members only club. Set to open in mid spring of 2015.
