It appears that our former County Commissioner was found guilty of criminal trespass and breaking and entering. Jail time suspended. He has already announced his intention to appeal to superior court. I can just imagine what the court transcript looks like with all Gerald's sovereign ranting and refusals to acknowledge the court's right to hear the case.
