A while back on a thread, I told of a local Ashe County pastor with a large following. He told me that in 30 years he had kept politics out of his church. Then he said, if that lying heathen Buchanan runs for Sheriff, he was going to tell his flock exactly what he thought and why. He said Buchanan was NOT a Christian of any sort, and he had the proof. I sort of hoped Buchanan would run just to hear what the Pastor had to say.

Discussing Ann Clark, County Clerk, Sheriff Buchanan said to Yearlick, "why did she lawyer up if not guilty?" Well, you two ignorant punks, I ask you the same question. Why did you two lawyer up if not guilty? I will bet good money Yearlick is also indicted on a conspiracy charge.

If we are lucky.....regardless of the investigations......there is a special place in Montana for Jeff Rose.

My bet is that several people will be going down because Jeff Rose thought he was the puppet master. Rose, an outsider, got the WJ Police Chief's job, then got elected county commissioner (only because he ran as a republican). As his head swelled, he figured he could also get control of the sheriff's department by using a bumbling fool puppet like Buchanan. The problem was, Buchanan was such a bumbling fool that he brought too much negative attention to himself, unwittingly exposing his and Rose's scheming. Now, the Ashe County Sheriff's Dept is a laughing stock and a lot of people's lives are in turmoil... all thanks to to Jeff Rose.

If you 3 had made the right decision for Ashe County in January, none of this would have been necessary. We all recall conversations with you where you proclaimed you were going to do the right thing. Then you voted 3 - 2 to do the wrong, bad, awful thing. Please remember, if any of you 3 are allowed to run in 2018......we get to vote too.

I don’t know if anyone caught it, but one part made me fight hard to not vomit. In The text exchange between Bufurt and Yosemite Sam, when discussing Ann not agreeing to an interview without a lawyer, Bufurt made the standard jackbooted thug comment, “why did she lawyer up if not guilty”. I have a good answer. Because Bufurt is a bully and a liar and was obviously would do anything to shut down the information request, including falsifying evidence and framing someone to shut them up.

I hope since Bufurt has so much free time now, he is sitting at home reading everything posted on this forum. If we are lucky, that vein in his forehead will explode from his rage and save the state some money.

I read all 32 pages, and I'm just amazed at the lengths Bozo has went to in order to try and hide his dirty dealings with Jeff Rose. I didn't realize his misdealings were so extensive. Must have consumed most of his time.

Adam I have read 17 pages so far. I think you may want to think about a special edition of the paper. The sbi has been in the county since June 23 investigating. All I can say so far is they are all going down.

Superior court judges are elected by their districts. Normally they don’t rotate unless there is a conflict or something

Horne or Horner? Isn't Ashe 23rd District? I thought the Superior judges rotated?

WHy is Horne the judge on this case? He’s from the 24th district.

Well, you read the rules wrong. Adam is not a public figure in the sense like a Commissioner or sheriff. Only his precessional role because he is in media would be considered public. His posting on a forum with his own opinions would fall under the same as any other private individual. You could name Adam in a post when referring to his professional work. But for you to call a poster out as Adam because you think it’s him would be the same violation you are complaining about. Actually, being that the commissioner and said spouse have put their personal lives all over a very public website, they are both more public figures than Adam would be outside his professional capacity. The only reason you can skate this time is because Adam has always used his screen name here to post links to his and other articles at the paper and has chosen to make his identity very known.
