It the driver of the white SUV with the NC tag BOSS-LADY, I apologize for the horn blowing, flashing lights, and the "you are #1 signal, but your stupid, idiotic driving came very close to causing a three car crash on 16 south of Glendale Springs. Passing me on the right and cutting across in front of me the way you did shows your intelligence. It would have been no problem if there had been at least a car length of room, but I had to stand on my brakes to keep you from hitting and the car in the right lane. You had so far too go, ll on the Reno Road.
