Going through a deposition for a lawsuit several years ago, the plaintiffs actually tried to use a video that showed them breaking the law to prove a point. The Arbitrator(Retired Judge) completely threw out the video as evidence and threatened to have them charged for the offense.

With her past and connections it makes you wonder what else besides rescue animals she and the happy tails crew are shipping around the country?? Doesn't it ? May be very smart , who runs a non-profit pet store anyway ? Money comes from somewhere......

I've not actually seen her rescue any animals.

So far it seems she just goes around on private property and takes pictures of people's private property which the Sheriff advocates people don't do (because well some folks don't take to kindly to that and might be inclined to shoot first and ask questions later), then agitates a group of followers into committing domestic terrorism tying up personal, business and emergency lines with stuff she should leave to the authorities after reporting it.

As far as I've seen there hasn't been any truth behind any of her allegations to date, at least none that have come to the public's eye.

It's good to feel passionate about something, but she seems more a stalker in how she conducts her activism.
