Just because they aren't convicted doesn't mean they aren't guilty. They cover for each other. And if the boy on the bike hadn't been quick enough to record this one, another one would go free.
Not much defense on this tape, I do take exception to the title of your post "another cop kills and innocent victim" I'm not so sure the dead are innocent, have the cops you are pointing out been convicted of a crime?
Looking at the video it does appear to be murder, however the video doesn't cover the entire exchange. Still firing 9 rounds at a fleeing suspect is well excessive especially when the suspect is not firing back. (that is there was no fear for your life).
Largely the problem is that we've over militarized the police in this country. We've moved away from the fundamental idea that you are innocent until proven guilty, and now you are more treated like guilty until proven innocent. We need police more like Andy Taylor (from the Andy Griffith show) and less like we see in the media.
Still deaths by police account for less than 1% of all homicides.
Well, the SC AG quickly decided to prosecute the North Charleston cop that shot a man in the back, after a witness with video of the incident came forward. Just another shining example of thugs with badges. I swear, I think we'd be better off to get rid of cops and pay the mafia to enforce the law
