Beenthereseenit, your assessment of LL is absolutely correct! She is the poster child for "Peter Principle." With a new progressive, respected, authoritative CEO, AMH could return to the trusted family facility it once was. It could hire exceptionally experienced and educated staff members like it once had, and it could be a place where people liked their job as it used to be.

employee it's funny how you step in to ask people to stop being mean after 1 certain person gets brought up. havent seen you asking smitty and his friends to stop before now the people i talked to are afraid since no one knows what happens next with a board member and his close friends that work there and used to work there holding a grudge.

Please stop this! All of you are making it worse. What is done is done. Now is the time to start rebuilding the hospital and it's reputation. The only thing this thread has done is say hurtful things about our hospital and it's employees. As an employee and not an important one either, PLEASE STOP THIS!

We all know you deansmith. Protest all you want. I fully agree that it is time for the board to take action. Cbj is not acting in the best interest of the hospital. He does not deserve a place on a board that is designed to support the hospital. We have stood by and read all of the nasty comments and personal attacks against hospital employees. Well, NO MORE!

The problem is not the retirement of the CEO. A concern was raised by someone and Novant gave her a nice retirement package as a favor to this person. However, the lack of leadership has been replaced with untruthful rhetoric by people like D.S. No one has been given reassurances about the future from Novant, the board, or anyone in current leadership.

I do not know if Dean is CB or not, nor does it matter. CB put in a lot of years and hard work at the hospital and if it is him and if he has any problems with how his retirement ended I'm sure he has good reason. Posting names when you cannot be certain of who they indeed are is going to cause those of you that are doing it a lot of problems. That is for certain.

It is time for the hospital board to remove cbj. Breach of confidentiality is serious! He is clearly not acting in the best interest of the hospital. Stop him before we lose anymore good employees!
