Note the difference in "food you will tolerate eating" and "a good dining experience"; the latter of which won't be found in Ashe.

the shatter manure gets hit with the same thing every inspection. Note past inspections where it says repeat violation. These on the last inspection are repeat violations.

Here is Shatley Springs Re Inspection that was done on 7/08/2011 if you take away the 2 points extra credit they got a B again and look at #28 flies everywhere yum yum. also look at #10 and #14. good way to get food poison fun fun. I would be willing to bet this inspection was done by the "easy" inspector too!

Its obvious the owner of shatter manure is on here defending a dump again. He even calls fins out. Here you go dump owner this is the dog telling you you have a nasty dump that needs to catch up with the rest of america. Do you think anyone else could open a dump like yours. You have for years put the money in your pocket rather than put it back in the business. the health dept dont lie.

How many times do we have to debate the obvious? There are no quality restaurants in Ashe County. This community doesn't demand a quality dining experience. To be a popular restaurant in Ashe, it must be cheap and all-you-can-eat.
