It's just water... I'm sure none of these tree chemicals ever get into it.. Surely not..

If a water I take is put in place, then it means the watershed classification for much of the area is changed. This affects land use of property owners in both counties. Also, Boone's water treatment plant doesn't remove pharmaceuticals from the water before dumping it back In the river to flow on up to Ashe county. There has already been fish in the river that have been found that have shown mutations due to pharmaceutical contaminants that are already in the water.

Never in my life have I seen such a BS mess over a water intake....What's the deal, do you think this water in the river belongs to Ashe or something?

They are trying to hide the negative findings by the studies.

I would call it a blatant action on the towns part breaking the public records law. You know what they were hiding in the report.

What is it that they are trying to hide first they wont give Ashe the required info which leads to their permit being revoke. Then they call the cops on citizens try to take pictures of the file which has had a lot of info missing or redacted.
