Bremco has a nominating committee of persons that nominate who they are told. It doesn't matter how many signatures you get on a petition. The nominating committee is told who to nominate for the seat. I know this from a friend that was on the nominating committee at another co-op and he bucked them on who he was to nominate and he was removed from the committee. Bremco works the same way.

With Bradley McNeill's retirement from the Board at the end of his current term 6/27/19. Folks who live in the Ashe district of the co-op have the opportunity to nominate themselves for election. ACL in this article https://ashecountyline.com/...059-95.htm; discusses the qualifications and process for nomination by petition.
