Dog not as far as I am aware. I did find records of one of my English relatives owning a plantation. Why would you libel me because I feel that the Mulatto Mt cemetery should be protected like any white cemetery in Ashe Co. I think you are just pissed because the truth is out that I never lied about that cemetery and state records proves it.

Mo, most all of us around here do also, if not then more than likely some Native American blood, but for sure not the chief who told the button she did a good job fighting off all his Indian cubs. That is why we are all better looking than you, because we have better blood.

Now my suggestion to the conspirators covering this up to protect ole Jims *** use those gps coordinance to find and protect that cemetery. Its been a while but I believe it will be found on the left side of that creek behind where MY mobile home sat unless old Jim dug that up too . It was up on the ridge. My suggestion is while this county is proserving the graves of the high muckity mucks they stop allowing the destruction of graves like this by greedy developers. Jack Gentry built the old house I first lived in when I moved there that burned down in 1979. No I did not burn it down but I now know who did. He was killed by lightening near the old rock cellar where my garden was. Next time you or Dog call me a liar you better hope there is not documented proof.

Fins all they have to do is go to the geneology room at the Ashe library or do a census search of the name Jake Gentry. Where is he and his family buried if not on that property? Hal knew that cemetery was there and I have no doubt his wife and son knew. I knew and they could have asked me or my dad to show it to them. Of course why ask the tenant of 31 years anything after er in her face. After all according to all involved I was just the garbage to be dragged to the dump and had no rights to my own belongings from the day old Jim got me in his sight. He is right he didn't know who I was or what I was doing there because he consider me as nothing but a pawn his family used.

Krazy, first of all, how would any broker even know about said cemetery to disclose it? And second, why would they disclose it, when doing so would actually be illegal for them to do under the general statute of NC governing the relationship between the agent and the seller?

Professional integrity???? Really in Ashe County??? Are those professinals disclosing the fact that some lots on Christmas Mt could be sitting on a negro cemetery?? I would be willing to bet that answer is no. Last time I looked at that listing they were crowing that easy access bs. No mention of any cemetery sn there goes that INTEGRITY!! Next joke please since that last has me rolling in the floor.

Dog that realtor was one of this counties best realtors. Now I know exactly what he told me. Why would he lie about a person dying in a house. I looked at several houses with him including one near the Devils Stairs. Personally ghosts would not bother me as much as most of the living. **** there are two little girl ghosts here I have heard numerous times and my dad has been by several here. I figure somes guilt is eating at them. No Dog I am not off my meds. I have extras in case of bad weather but none are antipsycotics.

The NC Bar Association, and the NC Real Estate Commission have defined recommended rules for professional integrity for real estate brokers in NC, and gotten the state legislature to make those recommendations into law. If a broker does it any other way, they are subject to lawsuits, reprimands, suspension, loss of license, and criminal prosecution. Your personal lay opinions are not germane to the situation.

Spit, if a seller's agent discloses something that's not required by law to disclose, he can be sued by his client. If he fails to disclose something required to disclose, if he knows it, he can be sued by the buyer. So yeah, a broker better be by the book.
