Since Hank is not gong to show a lack of intelligence only 14 of 93 mass shootings were carried out with guns carrying a high capacity magazine.

So any federal judge is not capable in your little liberal world. I bet you donate every week to the Clinton foundation.

One more thing underdog, why should I or anyone else consider some extreme radical right wing neo fascist judge's ruling as a validation of the way you Nazis like to misinterpret the constitution.

They were used to kill twenty children and six adults at Sandy Hook School, the 2015 San Bernardino attack, the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, the 2017 Sutherland Springs shooting, and in 2018 the Stoneman Douglas school shooting.

Good try Hank but you know exactly what you said and so do I. You are just not as brilliant as you think you are.

You really are a underdog I used AR15's and AK47's as examples of automatic assault rifles. I thought any intelligent individual would perceive this. Oops! I wasn't thinking of you.

underdog2

Go back Hank and tell me how many shootings have occurred by the use of a AR-15, if you can.

Funny thing happened this week Hank, a federal judge told the Kansas liberal governor she had no authority to prohibit a drive in church service. She tried to restrict religion and that was a no-no.

You sound like all the liberals you have listened to on the news about how many people would not have been killed were it not for AR-15's etc... and you also have no clue what you are talking about nor can you go back and say what could have been.

aficionado, I have a copy of the 1st amendment right in front of me it states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. That's it no more no less, nothing about restrictions.
As to the weapons if you read what I wrote carefully(something you don't seem to do too well) I was referring to automatic weapons not semi-automatic weapons. AR15's and AK47's are available in both semi (easily converted to full) and fully automatic versions. As to the people being armed as well as the government do I take it that you have a MI Abrams Tank, a F16 Fighter or maybe an Aircraft Carrier in your backyard?
Both you and underdog need to purchase an official copy of the constitution then take an English literature and grammar course. The constitutional knowledge you're getting from Trump, Rush Limbaugh, Virginia Foxx or your preacher aint fer reel Bubba!

Slow down Hank, you're stuttering. The sentence fragments are getting a bit out of hand. The 1st amendment clearly states the government is to have no restrictions over religion. That includes establishing one or otherwise. You're getting off on a tangent about establishing a religion that has nothing to do with the original point.

As for the second amendment, you clearly don't have a clue on it either. The 2nd amendment was written to protect the people from the government. I don't care what weapons the founding fathers could have envisioned, they never meant for the government to be able to be better armed than the citizens. I'm also very tired of idits like you not comprehending that AR's and AK's are no different than any other semi automatic rifles. The very fact that you think they are some sort of autonomous being that came From the Terminator getting drunk and raping a Phalanx just proves how uninformed you are.

aficionado, Establishing a religion is not controlling it, it is a government forcing a religion on a society, "Here, now you all have to be good little Christians." No doubt you would approve of us being a Christian version of Saudi Arabia.
I am a gun owner but I realize that as the 2nd amendment was ratified in 1791 when AK47's and AR15's etc. would not have been envisioned. Had the sick individuals who because of the NRA's influence on our government had access to automatic weapons had only muzzle loaders, the tragic events of the last three decades would not have occurred. During my military duty I became proficient with automatic weapons and therefore I know that they are designed for one thing and one thing only to kill people! They are both dangerous and impractical for hunting and home defense, a large caliber pistol or shotgun loaded with buckshot is much more effective for home defense and less dangerous to the residents of the home.
After reading your postings I shudder to think of someone like you with an automatic in their possession.

Oh Hank, you silly liberal. You say the 1st amendment isn't to be interpreted, but you moroons try all the time to interpret the second. But even so, your weak *** attempt to defend your idea is incorrect. I didn't interpret anything. I stated it as literal as possible. Literally no restriction from the government on religion to practice. And the founding fathers wrote extensively that their concern had nothing to do with the church commenting on government. The sole purpose of the 1st amendment is to prevent the government from influencing religion at all. I suggest you read something besides that public school text book you got your history out of.

Suck up on that Jack Daniels underdog, at least we have that in common.
I'm going to take a break from taunting you I'm beginning to feel guilty, it's too much like teasing a baby. You're way, way too easy, I'll bet you're cheap too. If it's any consolation you've been playing way out of your league.

I have to eat too. Bananas and Jack Daniels go very well together.

No but the zookeeper told me that the other chimps have been complaining about you stealing their bananas.

Is it true that you have a degree in fallacious communications from the KellyAnn Conway School of Broadcasting to go with that PhD on your resume?

I see you are only basing your history lesson on a single source in a museum. Stick around and you may actually learn something on this site.

henryii

OK underdog so your history book said something different to mine. Now I'm guessing your history book told you things like: The Pilgrims and the Indians were good friends and they sat down together and ate turkey and pumpkin pie, We won the Revolutionary War because we hid behind trees and picked off the Redcoats by taking at aim where their white crossbelts intersected. The Civil War had absolutely nothing to do with slavery and should be properly referred to as The War of Northern Aggression. Is that how you got your PhD from Bedrock U.
Go to the Smithsonian web site and punch up American History, there you will find FACTS backed up by chronology and documents from the appropriate historical periods.

First off Henry you have been handed your butt by a couple on this site and you want to call it silly and leave acting like you are high and mighty and too good for the rubes.

Second Henry your history teacher was using a different book then me. Also Henry the constitution is still being debated today, all you have to do it look at the supreme court.

Third Henry the air you breath is no better then my air, and you crap and piss the same way the dog does. Check that, you may squat to piss.
