You got your high rents and land prices but now Bug Lots can't open because Vannoys can't keep employees to set up the store. Your second home owners and tourists can't go to Webdys for a burger and expect service. People are leacung Ashe County for otger areas now. I wonder just how many people are going out of the county to work, as I did for 10 years, vs how many driving into the county. Guess all those tourist are going to have to start cooking their own burgers and fast food cause noone is bothering with customer service any longer.
