Stupid, being a lawyer is a profession. The whole "they practice blah blah blah" bulls**t is something you Barneys love to tell each other trying to convince yourselves that you are as good as lawyers are. And as soon as you start making that stupid claim, you are done. You lost before you started. Because it is so stupid that you completely discredit everything else you might say.

Fins, being a Lawyer is a practice not a profession. Secret agent WD40, I was unaware this was English class. Back to fins, you stated I already lost. Underdog stated Hopkins challenged you guys and lost badly. Is this a debate or something? Just as Clodhopper pointed out that you all assume a lot could not be more accurate. Just by typing on here in what would seem a defense for Hopkins, you assume I am Law Enforcement. You guys are running in circles. Therefore there is no end to your attempt to argue. So to all who bash Hopkins, where did the hatred begin?

Draken you have nothing better to do at the sheriffs office then post on goashe? Hopkins has proven what we have said about how lazy, arrogant, and think they are beyond reproach. Were you to go back in threads you will find where he got right on goashe and challenged us and lost badly. He has a history of putting the sheriff in a bad light.

Drakken let me help you out here. Here is how to remember the difference between there and their. Here we go now, pay attention. Some cops are required to park THEIR patrol cars over THERE. See the difference? And notice that since the last sentence was a question, it was ended with one of these "?' things called a question mark (witty name for it don't you think ?). The cause should have been "because" simply because you caused the sentence to become confusing for people who are trying to make sense of what you wrote. Miss Diagnose might have a job at the doctor's office but the doctor is the one who might misdiagnose something.

You already lost. The whole "they practice'their profession has already been done by some of your fellow wannabe Barneys. When you lose enough weight to out run the average person, then I will take you losers serious.

I have been reading this thread, and it seems this Deputy Hopkins gets bashed a lot. Fins it is not a state law that anyone in the emergency field have a physical assessment every year. Sheriffs and Chiefs can write a policy though. Hopkins is big, but what is the true nature of this thread. Seems to me that Sheriff Williams would take care of any problem from Hopkins. Wait, you all will assume that the Law will take care of the law. So what happened to all who bash Law Enforcement? I'm sure we could pick errors from any other job as well. So consider this, Lawyers practice law cause their not perfect, and are pathetic , Doctors miss diagnose, Pavers charge way to much, Insurance is too high. We could go on and on, but it would take forever. The TV show happened, get over it.

I thought someone told me the state had put in a mandatory physical test for law enforcement. But maybe it's only to pass BLET.

They could require them to pass an agility test like professional paid hose jockeys have to in order to keep their job.

He must NOT be using the exercise room at the sheriff's department. Maybe the county should make it a requirement to workout if you are that out of shape and employed there.

You would think that his co-workers would get on him about it. In fact, no police officer should not lead such a sloth-like existence that they get like this. A slug with an office position or maybe on the rubber gun quad at the school, but not a regular patrol duty position. And the same applies at the volunteer fie station too. Soon this guy will be riding the free scooters for the fat/lazy Walmart shopping experience.

It's real simple. When the job is a job that has the potential to have to chase someone on foot, or get in a physic altercation, the employee's physical condition is an issue. And when the job is a public job and is paid for with tax money, it is a public issue. Everyone has always made fun of fat cops because of the obvious poor ability tha they could do their job. Now fatso is on national TV for everyone to laugh at. It's another problem wih his TV show

Why judge against the mentally challenged and obese? Is it because of the fame? The jealously? The envy? Tell me, entertain me, educate me, please.

I think the theory that he can lose weight should be put to the test. Fire his fat *** and when he gets in shape he can reapply.
