Did the DA and trial court judge screw up on this one?

Just this last week the court let a convicted felon pled no contest to 4 more drug felonies and gave him a suspended sentence. What were his previous felony convictions you ask they were for drugs, possession of a firearm by a felon and one for some type of assault for shooting someone. So yes I say the DA and or the court does screw up.

Somehow I am not surprised. I wondered how long it would be before Ashe Court finds out they can't keep making their own rules.
