Look back at all the unsolved breaking and entering cases that never got a glance from bufurts crowd. They were too busy not doing their jobs and nosing into other departments business.

What LL Fool J doesn’t comprehend is that with under 4 percent unemployement, there is a shortage of labor. Find8ng trained certified staff isn’t the same as hiring someone to work the McDonald’s grill. Add to this when an organization goes through a restructure, the typical procedure to fix problems is to replace the head of a department but leave the already trained underlings. Canning their superior puts fear in the staff and shakes them up. It’s a warning to them that they can be replaced. This gives a new supervisor time to review the staff and decide if anymore need to be fired while taking time to look for replacements.
