Geno's is one of the nastiest places in town. Last time I ate there, I got so sick. Hope whatever goes in there will be better.

Marginal food at best; good riddance.

The family that owns Geno's is from Florida I know a big part of it was they are wanting to go back home to Florida. Great family but even better pizza. Will miss it!

I just got confirmation. They are closing April 27, being bought out by Boondocks but I'm not sure if they will stay a restaurant. This business has been in one location or another in West Jefferson since 1982 or 83.

I heard this from one source but haven't heard it confirmed. I've been expecting it for years, didn't know how they could stay open with the competition, rising costs, etc. I hate to see it, though. I want to hear it from another source.
