It was pointed out here that this is far from over. These Sovereign Citizens love to tie up our legal system with these phony accusations. I say OUR system because they feel that they are above the rest of us and that they are not bound by OUR rules and laws of society. Look up the information about Sovereign Citizens and what they believe and how they cost us all some real money. And also, if you are one of those unfortunate mentally limited people in this County who voted for this man to represent us as an official, you should feel very ashamed of yourself. And if you did it more than once, words can't express how sad it is that you were so easily duped into thinking that this was a clever individual worthy of being elected and reelected.

As a sovereign citizen, he doesn't recognize any of our laws. He'll fine motion upon motion upon motion arguing the lame nonsense that these people believe to be the truth. Usually banks list those properties I editable upon taking possession to try to get their money back ASAP. Like dog, I wonder what is missing from the story. I say its safe to speculate that Gerry has been hitting Fannie Mae with nut job paperwork and self written legal threats (these wackos love to be their own attorneys). Either he has filed lawsuits or complains to try to hold them up, or he's made enough noise they sat on the property for a few months to make sure they are covered from any claim for damages he might try to bring against them. This idiot is holding up the process and costing more tax money again. He has renounced his citizenship and taken up a fight against our government. He should be strung up on the courthouse steps as a traitor and hung until dead.
