Fannie mae sells the property just like any other owner does. They have a web site called home path where properties are listed. They hire a realtor (usually a shady one with a bad reputation) to list the property on a local mls.
Fannie mae has brought most of this on themselves by their foot dragging of selling the property. Or like I have said some more information has not been fourth coming.

It is my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong, that these Sovereign Citizen folks are of the mistaken belief that Society's Laws and Rules do not apply to them. Therefor, understanding that, all these foreclosures, evictions, and repossessions etc are illegal in Gerry's opinion. And, all of our court system's findings and rulings are meaningless to him and his ilk. Does anyone else understand it to be different than what I have expressed here?

It appears that Gerry had re-established residence in his home and changed the locks back to suit himself. I'm unclear on how Fannie Mae disposes of foreclosed property and how long that process takes.
I'm sure that one or two folks on the site will be able to enlighten us on the process.

On march 5 2014 a trustees deed was recorded listing the new owner of Gerrys joint as the Federal National Mortgage Association aka "fannie mae". No bank owns the property. Its also strange that fannie mae did nothing with the property until june of 2014. I think some information and actions are missing. I also really doubt any attorney called the sheriffs office. I suspect a company know as a property preservation company called. My other problem with this is why has Fannie Mae not put the property on the market. This is our tax money as Suntrust bank made the original loan and Fannie Mae backed the loan against default. Suntrust has their money back and we as tax payers are stuck with the loss and I know it will be a loss. I think the sheriffs office has held a lot of information back from the paper boy. One of the main things is was Gerry in the residence when they arrested him?
