Newin, Sheriff Buchanan has been indicted by a Grand Jury on three felonies and three misdemeanors. That's a step beyond the accusations against many others. Trump's not been indicted on them, Charlie Rose hasn't, Rep Coburn hasn't, Rep Clyburn hasn't, Sen Franken hasn't, and none of the Hollywood moguls have.

Sure some might be indicted in the future, if a prosecutor can make a sufficient argument that they convince a grand jury to indict, but at the moment that's not going to happen, and most of the claims are a he said she said at this instance (well except we do have visual evidence that Sen Franken did indeed grope the female reporter.....however there is also pictures of her groping other males during their practices......so she's not entirely innocent herself). Most of these cases took place decades ago and there is no physical evidence to support them.

Personally I would advise the women not to report it in the news or social media, I'd advise them to go see a psychiatrist and talk with them first, and then I'd talk to a lawyer in private because in most cases for things that happened years or decades ago they will be practically impossible to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt. If they have real evidence then take it to a lawyer and allow the lawyer to build a case. Once you blurt it out into the social media or news media then you taint any jury pool and lower your chances of really ever convicting any of them. It also opens you back up to depression etc if you come forward publicly and nothing can be done. I'd also advise the same of men who have been abused by women in power.

On the matter of Sheriff Buchanan there is more than ample evidence that Sheriff Buchanan should be removed from office. In every other case in NC where a Sheriff was charged with a felony in the last 30 years they were removed from office before their trial. Thus precedent, which our courts love so much, would remove Sheriff Buchanan from office.

That is one reason why I am not a Democrat. They have belittled women for years. Taught men that women were sex objects, that their womb is a sex toy. If a woman gets pregnant. No biggie, just abort. They pushed contraceptives on early teens as if it were candy and that sexual relations were the norm of dating. They have attempted to take away people's identification by pushing gender as equal and called it equality, they push animal rights as if animals are equal to humans and should be given the same rights. Thanks to the liberal democratic party, you can't even take your kid to a major circus. If they had their way, girls and boys would be sharing the same bathroom as an animal. You would go to prison for spanking your dog and you wouldn't have any rights to address your accuser. Under the Democratic party, we are objects. Not individuals.

Listen if the Democrats think this is going to be a winning point it's not. Donald Trump was in the public eye for over 30 years. His womanizing was well known and well recorded. He's on his third marriage. Still he was elected President of the United States.

The Democrats thinking they have some sort of morale high ground is just foolishness. Democrat Presidents, Senators and Representatives have long had a record of womanizing going back to at least the JFK administration. To suddenly say hey we through out that dirty Rep that's had his office meetings in his underwear for 20 years and we made Al Franken promise to resign (despite no actual resignation date) and suddenly they are the clean party is just stupidity. There are probably another score or two Democrat Senators and Representatives that's been doing the same thing for decades, and I almost certainly guarantee you it wasn't just the men abusing their positions.

The fact we are allowing the press to prosecute people without giving them the benefit of a trial is wrong. It's like the Roy Moore case and the girl finally admitting this week that she made part of the alleged Roy Moore signing in her yearbook. It's clear to anyone that there are 2 very different handwritings in that one signature. Her nor her lawyer have allowed an independent signature expert examine it. This casts doubt on the allegations entirely really, after all it could of just been a boy name Roy wrote in her yearbook, because everything after Roy is the girl's self admitted admissions.

Charlie Rose wasn't given his day in court either. His career ruined. In fact almost none of the people accused in the last month have had any charges filed against them and have had no trials.

No some Democrats are saying look at the Republicans, they are hypocrits. Yet the Republicans haven't been running as the champion of women's rights. Some say that because of the Republicans actions they have proven they aren't Christians despite the fact more Democrats than Republicans have been swept from their careers due to the metoo movement.
