All they have to do is keep said animal on their own property. It isn't that difficult sibce the neighbor closest to me does it and I have no problem with his dog.

Not tomention legal ramifications if your animal bites someone or kills an animal belonging to someone else on their property. I suggest you read up on the animal control ordinace. You can be fined or have said animal takem and destroyed. I have had dogs, cats, and varous other animals all my life. Mow I doubt I will hear anything from any CAR ATTORNEY and just maybe but considering these people can't take a warning not sure but maybe I will not have to make a formal complaint or resort to shooting the animal because the owner is a stupid as you are. Shall we say they have had fair WARNING that unlike some I won't play with them or any anomal entering this premise and growling at me or attacking any animal here.

Yea a car attorney what the **** ever that is. I am starting nothing all tgey have to do is keep their dogs at home . Its that simple. Lease law or not it is illegal to allow dogs to run at night creatibg a nuisance . One of this bunch has,already been fined by Animal Control and it looks lije another is coming up. One of those dogs may be a carrier for PARVO. They will not get another warning.
