Now since this is my thread I am about to lay out some truths about the Roger zGreermess.The IMFAMOUS , "NOT A BUYER SELLER NOT A RENTAL FUNNT SITUATION told to an ASHE COUNTY Court judge, by attorney Jimmy Reeves, the same REEVES of the CHRISTMAS MT. development mess.This was the one who drowned at the beach a few month s after hearing Reeves admission his client rogged a SCAM. Now some claimed I stayed in old Rogers trailer rent free which was a lie. I waited months after I mobed there and begged Roger to make that contract and get it to me so my legal aid attorney could look it over and get it legal. My attorney even offered Roger that she would draw it up for free. Would not cost either of us a dime. Roger took a 10 THOUSAND DOLLAR. down payment and he darn well knew it was not to be a rental. Before I could connect power an oldroom had to be taken down since it was falling down so my sons did that. I had tried to finance the mobile home through the bank and Roger tomd them it was an 1986 one of his many lies. The bank said no it was too old. How well they knew because in truth it was a 1979 as I found out when the wiring started shorting out, one time frying a new vaccume cleaner, and badly burning my daughters hand. Now according to Blueridge electric power should never have been turned on in that thing in the first place. I went on to have my sons totally replumb the home since all of the pipes wete busted. Event the bathroom commode was broken. Wepainted and put down flooring. All this time waiting for Roger to cough up that contract. He knew full well by the terms of a mediation I was not to have any dealings with anyone having anything to do with Christmas Mt. I went to make a payment one day and ole Roger was LAUGHING. I asked him what he found so funny and he stated "he guessed I knew the property had no deeded right of way." I told him I did not know that. He stated if problems arose we could sue since he had asked his lawyer about that. Now for the next years I paid the man his 500 dollars as best I could. As anyone who works retail knows hours fluculate and are not constant. I was still waiting on that contract. One day I went to pay Roger what I had and he REFUSED the payment so I left. A couple weeks later I received a letter from him stating I was in default on THE RENTAL.I responded by telling him that if it was a rental to repair the thing. Now remember ROGER had already taken 10 thousand dollars from me so if this was a rental he sure got a **** of a lot of deposit on the thing. Next he dragged me into court claiming that he wasn't being paid.Then came Reeves statement and the judge told Reeves to sit down and shut up they were not going to get what they wanted. To make a long story short I was evicted and Roger tried to take everything I had in that thing. By my calculations Roger had 20 months rent in advance when he illegally evicted me. He won by default because my car broke down and I missed getting a paper to the court. On top of thst my sister lied to me when she promised to take me to the courthouse. Now that is the truth of the matter backed up by 34,000 dollars or more of RECEIPTS signed by Roger Greer or Debbie Hart.
