Goat it will be a cold day in **** before I ever associate wit James H Heafner. He did an ILLEGAL EVICTION on something he never owned. He ran around this county telling people and Ashe Federal bank what I would and would not do and when I would do it. He had NO **** RIGHT and his father would be ashamed of his actions. Then when he didn't get his way he tried to change the terms of a forced MEDIATION to include a **** GAGORDER saying I would say nothing to damage him in that old Public eye. Personally I should have punched him in his **** mouth. I think I showed remarkable restraint in light of his harassing and stalking behavior. For two friggin years I could not even go to my job without his sneaking around the place. He violated both my personal rights as a tenant then tried to block my free speech rights under the **** CONSTITUTION, you DO know what that is don't you?? If what he did was legal then I should be able to go around EVICTING PEOPLE I don't know should I not?? And you think he deserves anything but my CONTEMPT. If he is in the mud now he put himself there with his actions. It took years but it has finally come around. He claimed in one of thos articles he had only one black mark in his career. BS. He is not sorry he made that mess he is simply sorry HE GOT CAUGHT!! Now try not to set me off laughing again with your stupidity, since my **** filter is about used up. I can only roll on the floor so much and my daughter is tired of helping me get up.

I have done nothing to apologize for or to do any restitution for nor do I intend to do so. Now if old Jimmy boy is financially embarrassed then I suggest you set up his GOFUND ME ACCOUNT. Just like with some of my so called relatives sometimes apologies are not enough. Old Jim tried to apologize for his hussy fit and it did him no good. He also tried the GAG ORDER CHANGE THE TERMS CRAP,and I considered at that point once again he violated his own agreement BEFORE draggin me back into court. I have a letter from my attorney telling him he had no legal right or standing to go after me a second time. That was his own idea. But thanks for the LAUGH since I almost fell down laughing.

But as my dad,always said you always regret the things you didn't do when the opportunity comes. **** it came three times. Once with Jim, once when my rights were violated by a phony arrest, and the third time when that last sheriff, not Phil but what's his name tried to violate my freedom.of speech rights. That's ok because the 4th time I won't give a **** whose son someone is, I will go for the throat. No you can whine but there isnot a **** thing else that can be done to me. If threatened by anyone I will take action to rectify the problem once and for all.

Now since you goat wants me to pay old Jim his money back I tell you what I can do. We can throw out old Jim's bs mediation and I can pay that settlement back in nickles and dimes or pennies. I can pull my camper back to the acre I was leased in my so called invalid original lease , you know the one I was accused of writing until that letter on old Bills, letterhead of the firm he was practicing at, should have kept practicing and maybe he could at least draw up a valid dog license. I can hook up to the SEPTIC TANK there I and my husband paid for. **** wonder if I could get a permit to dig it up since there might be a body in it from old Jim's stunts. You know that little SCAM VEHICLE for old Jim to get FMHA money for the improvement of his father's property and I can live out the remaining 10 years of HIS FATHERS PROMISE which is quite probably what's left of my life. TO ME. **** I am on wheels now so I can pretty much go where I like. So if that's to your liking I will call the tow now. I still have the original lease which contrary to your claims and several lawyers was LEGAL AND VALID, when old Jim chose to violate LEGAL RIGHTS as a legal tenant holding said lease.But personally I doubt old Jim owns anything there any longer since I heard the bank took it. Or would you fools prefer to let sleeping dogs lie and **** your stupid mouths???
