If he wasn't pissed then he might be after I call his commanding officer and file a complaint about him tomorrow. I tried to call him today but no one was answering the phones due to the Holiday. I guess this proves that they have a ticket quota after all since why else would he write a ticket after seeing a medical exemption.

I got pulled over in Watauga county today by a Trooper for not wearing my seatbelt and he still wrote me a warning ticket after seeing my medical exemption as allowed under the law. This makes me wonder how many other fraudulent tickets he wrote today.
