When running a restaurant, you don't need to know anything about managing finances, calculating payroll, reporting and paying taxes, figuring out operating costs and how much to charge for an item, or ordering products company correctly so you don't run out of stuff and don't have a bunch of waste with stuff spoiling. Nah, just stay busy will do it
