Chendo do you even realize that some years back there was a push to make people who lived next door to an HOA join it whether they had signed on when the moved in or not. Now I believe the measure never passed but that won't stop the KARENS who think they should rule the world.

Chendo the one thing most mess in those HOA covenants is they leave LOOPHOLES. Take for example the hos regulation s for the Three Top property old Jim offered in order to keep me under his control. It stated that the 200 dollars a year they wanted was to keep up the road over a mile off the pavement. Yet when I asked if they were going to open said road in the winter the answer was,NOPE NOT OUR PROBLEM!! My question was what friggin good were HOA rules if the HOA itself wasnot going to honor them??? Had Inot asked but take that at face value I could have been stuck on top of that mountain, with electric heat and no road open for the electric company to reach me in a power outage. Those of us with years of experience in these mountains know that could have been a death sentence or was that the intent. Considering the only other resident who spent winters up there was found dead off the embankment a week after I went and looked at it I think that was the intent. Of course according to our excellent law enforcement as reported in the paper he fell bit there was no indication he fell. Really??? My bridge is still for sale to anyone buying that one.
