Interesting Whistler says the county manager verified the bond, but GS 162 requires the county commissioners to verify it.....

Whisle pig I dont see where you or Bufurt got your information about the settlement. You failed to mention if it was paid out by insurance or by the county. I think you are full of crap. Maybe the plaintiff in the suit will come on the thread and clear up your crap.
