I've meet some of the new recruits and they seem very professional and level headed. I'm also glad to see he has hired a new female officer.

I do agree, we don't know the whole story, but I also don't believe the reason some of the seasoned officers are leaving because of Phil.

Also, sometimes veterans get tired and complacent. Sometimes they need to go. The problem is you don't know the whole story.

I believe he is doing a fine job. Looking at MobilePatrol it seems there are being arrests made. I believe that there are actually some seasoned officers still left. Maybe not older, but some with years of experience. Having older would be risk of injuries if you ask me.

I also supported Phil.. Maybe some small minded people are still impressed by those that read childrens books to a group of children, for photo shoots - but not all.....

You missed it but bufurt cleaned house with all the older officers. When Phil took over the bufurt holdovers that were not loyal to Phil had to go. So what was left is what you see and he has done a fine job thus far. As a matter of fact so fine two news outlets have gone busted.

But, Has anyone else noticed that Howell has rid the department of older, experienced officers, and replaced them with fresh, out of school, rookies? I am sure that everyone will remember, I AM THE ONE whom voiced the most support for Howell... but, I am not pleased with how he has been running things since he got elected... It also seems that I am not alone. It Seems that his "Christian values" flew out the window as soon as he got elected... Of course, I know that it is impossible to keep everyone happy in any elected position, but from the looks of it, he is losing a lot of the support that he once had... If the election was today, I am 100% certain that he would not win election or reelection. Come on Phil... Get with the program!!~ & ~ Stop letting the job go to your head.
