Dog most of the FACTS are on this site so if you write any book you better get the facts straight or I not only can but will sue the ones involved starting at the top for LIBEL. Now TA Halim disciminated against older employees and humilated them in front of both other employees creating a hostile work enviroment. Most left. When he started with me he went to far and I took him at his word. I hate a bully worse than a centipede and I detest those things. Kmart only lasted a few more years until it closed under his rule.

Dog I was garden shop manager before I left Kmart and I did the managers job for a couple years while the manager of record went to college. I also supervised the third shift replenishment while that manager was out sick. As to the bathroms mopped water, piss, and **** from them after a **** likeyou flushed plastic and cd wrappers down them. Never will forget the assistant woman manager of about 5 foot sporting hip waders or the cashiers trying to keep their feet out of the sewage. The book I could write about Kmart would be priceless.

Now during my years at Kmart I helped unload trucks, I pulled pallets of freight, collected carts, did layouts, put up and took down shelves, etc. If it needed to be done and I was asked to do it I did it including cleaning **** after people like you. Managers knew if they needed shelves straightened and help closing we would do it. If they needed stocking overnight we were there. I closed registers many nights, dragged water to the garden shop when the sprinklers didn't work. After I became department manager I never asked anyone to do anything I would not do. Now I suggest you try some retail then come back and tell me I did not WORK. I guarantee my bad knee says otherwise.

We were informed we would be rehired in 3 weeks, same date of hire, same salary, same everything. Some who were done that way had to take a pay cut when they returned we were not.

Dog Kmart knew better. 11years says different. My lifetime of work says different. Sammy Church would say different. Neither my daughter nor I rarely missed work at Kmart, covering for other who did not come in. They knew would show up so worked both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Worked weeks on end without a day off, any shift. I worked 3 weeks with bronchitis until a doctor at the er told me to go home and stay there for 10 days or he would put me in the hospital. 3 courses of antibiotics and he was surprised I was still on my feet let alone working. Worked for Sammy with gallstones living on nothing but soda until I finally had to go into the hospital for surgery where I almost died. Thats when I had my encounter with the one drug that can kill me. So allergic to work??? I do not think so. Your only problem is you and Chendo are liars and everyone knows it.

Nope not a single PERCOCET in sight and no bottles just as I thought!!! Now I am still waiting on the name of the drug FLAGGED on every single one of my medical records. The drug which will put me into a fatal cardiac arrythemia if I ever take it again. Should be simple to provide that name!!

My daughter takes nothing but an occasional tylenol. Guess I better go look for that percocet that does not exist on the premises to my knowledge unless the local druggie neighbors sneaked them in on their stray dog!!

Percocet?????? Since when?????? Never have taken it ****!!! I am on 8 meds but no percocet. Shall I post the names from the bottles??? I take meds three times a day. For diabetes, hypertension, alpha and beta blockers for heart and a low dose antidepressant to help me sleep which I have taken for years. Pity you keep shooting in the creek and keep missing the fish.

She takes 5 percocets a day...she and her daughter both talk about their ailments and then toast each other before they pop a pill.

They spend more time taking their pills out of the containers, counting them, putting them back in and then doing it all over several times a day

Dog as I said if I thought for one minute my medical records had been compromised there would be an investigation into every medical facility I have ever been to . When certain people related to my mother nosed into her records I had them, her doctor, and the hospital all put in their places. Thanks, Fins! It has been a busy season as some would say. Trying to get these youngins' grown. Krazy and all her craziness needed me to address it. When God called the line for brains, she heard trains and didn't get in it. We could have made good with her jumping on the train too!
