I don't give a rip about Jefferson Landing. If I wanted to live in a gated suburb, I would have stayed in Charlotte.
I mentioned JL in another post about the virus - just to point out that a lot of people from other states own second homes there and perhaps they might be traveling here to live in them & ride it out while the covid rages on elsewhere.

That one Just is long term rentals. Jefferson Landing has short term rentals though. Plus there are some Airbnb there as well.

There's a motel off of 16 past 3rd day market going towards Jefferson Landing...can't remember the name.
