Like I said YOU need to look again. I only included felonies for cases filed in my figures. Misdemeanors weren't even included. Your numbers came from the CONVICTED column. Do I need to explain the difference between cases files and cases convicted for you wifey?

I conducted a very informal survey today. I ask ten people about the sheriff race. Two did not know Williams had a republican running against him. Two said they didn't care. One said they would vote republican regardless. The other five supported Williams.

So, I predict a final tally of 18% Winters to 82% Williams. It will be interesting to see how close I am.

Tammy, you clearly failed math.

I can break it down for you if you would like. Maybe we can meet at the sheriffs office tomorrow and have James explain the discrepancy. I've done my part here. The truth has been given. The lie has been exposed. God bless us all.

Tammy is my name sir. My numbers are correct. i believe farmer has included all cases filed. My number includes only on the felony and misdemeanor cases filed for drug related arrests. I know that the spreadsheet can be overwhelming.

Price and Poe said that before Timmi. Many secrets came out on here that the newspaper avoided.

You all can bicker till judgment day, this site isn't going to have any effect at all of the election outcome.. The voters will cast their ballots and what will be will be..

No, you can't deduct. Deduct is to remove, or subtract. What you can do is deduce. And what we can deduce is that your cowardly husband is just another ego tripping wannabe hero that has swallowed the falsehood that police are to protect. And that makes him a bad choice.

But on the good news, I've deduced that you clearly have no knowledge or experience with politics. So, I've decided to give you a bit of adivce. One of the most important rules in sales is to never bad mouth your competition. Buyers shut down at negative pitches and it ultimately does the opposite from your desire. Politics is basically just hyped up sales. Negative campaigns usually don't work. They almost never work on the local level.

File that bit of advice away for the next time your husband decides to run for office. It's probably too late to do any good this time.

And while you're at it wifey, ask your husband why someone in law enforcement associates with a member of a group tagged by the FBI as a domestic terrorist group (aka sovereign citizen).

And you know, James Williams, I'm sure knows this and a lot more dirt but has refrained from throwing stones - that says a lot about Williams' character.

Wifey - it helps if you look at the column that reads: CASES FILED not the column that reads CONVICTIONS. It also helps if you ADD the numbers CORRECTLY. The total number of convictions was 382, the total number of CASES FILED (ALSO KNOWN AS ARRESTS) was 694. I suggest you go back and look again.

I believe you owe James Williams an apology for spreading false information in what has turned into negative campaigning (which I detest by the way).

In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court (South v. Maryland) found that law enforcement officers had no duty to protect any individual. Their duty is to enforce the law in general. More recently, in 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen. It is monstrous if the state fails to protect its residents... but it does not violate... the Constitution." Later court decisions concurred: the police have no duty to protect you.

Fins can I deduct that james lied again then? The statement is under his photo and above his signature.

wife

Trucker there is nothing anyone can say. I have provided proof james Williams has lied. If the citizens of this community vote him to remain in office it will be disgraceful. James Williams is not honorable and should not be held as such.

And Ive covered that before too. Putting it on a website doesnt make it correct. I would refer you to the USS rulings, but I figure they would just confuse you. So take my word on it. Protecting is not their job. Their job is to clean up the mess afterwards.
