Isn't Dennis Michael Little the same guy who got charges with elderly abuse on his own mom?

Michael Dennis Little, seven counts of abuse disable/elderly with injury, and possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz. Continued until July 9 session

Pretty sure this is the same guy, the Post just misprinted the name in the article.

A short search on the register of deeds site reveals this cat has no leg to stand on. He borrowed money from af bank and life store. New foreclosure papers were filed march 10.

who blacked out the name?

Why black out the plaintiff's name? Once you file the lawsuit, names are public record.

Little is a Price crony so I'm betting it is another sovereign citizen case.

It is a real file number but it looks like it was copied from Gerald Price's crap. THe Plaintiff is Dennis Michael Little and he's acting as his own attorney. There is a federal case pending against Lifestore that looks like it might be leit.

Just because it looks like a real file number doesn't make it real.

Remember a few months back when some thief tried to smear the fine reputation of the owner of Blackjacks's? This has the same odor to it.

our group actually has almost $300K there. The number posted is a real file number. 14 stands for the year filed, CVS stands for Civil Superior Court and the last number is for how many cases have been filed so far this year. you have to look in the clerk's office to see the actual file because those things aren't on line. I can't tell if its filed in Ashe or Watauga, though.

Some of the same requirements that Community1 and Bank of Granite had to go through. Your money is as safe there as it is in any bank, insured to $250k.

I work with foreclosures, bankruptcies, etc. I have seen many banks go through the same things. Bauer Bank Ratings give Lifestore three stars out of four possible. Yadkin has four.

Sounds like some of the posters here suffer from the chicken little syndrome

I really dont think a law suit exists. The thread should be taken down if the op cant prove his accusations.

When someone gets a copy of the lawsuit, please post it on here for those of us who don't have time to go to the courthouse for documents please.

You people do know that the fdic guarantees you up to 250K and you dont need to make a run on the bank.

I was searching and I saw an article that said someone was passing counterfeit official bank checks on Lifestore. That was Feb 5th. I probably missed it in the news

I know you can't see the file without going to the clerk's office - do you have copies of anything? I'm trying to get an organization I'm in to get their money out of there and we're meeting tonight!
