Dog I guess that is why there are people who have been looking for an affordable rental in Ashe County for over 5 years. I see it every day over on another site, people looking for Ashe rentals finally going to Allegheny or Wilkes. According to you I have nothing better to do than make up thongs to make poor old Ashe County look bad. I seriously doubtthere is an ethical landlord in Ashe County I woukd care to rent from. Do you know what HUD says a reasonable rebt for a 2 bedroom is?? Well I do anywher from 500 to 550 . Thats all HUD is willing to suppliment on those housing choice vouchers i went through Hud three times and found nothing in that price range except a house thst the wall recepticals were lying in the floor andcthat had a whole I voukd have pushed concrete block through in the bedroom. I also looked at a mobile home near lansing that the owner did not want to bring up to hud standards because and I quote "it woykd cist more than a Hud payment would pay." So I suggest before you call me a liar you get off tge bottle or t*t as the case may be in mommies basement and take a look at tge facts. Personally I am not throwing away every dime I get to keep some lousy landlord eating steak. I say let those lousy rentals sit, go on to somewhere else and let those lousy landlords sit. Had I wanted to rent I woukd not have WASTED 34,000 on a NOT A BUYER SELLER, NOT A RENTAL LOAD OF BULLSHOT IN THIS COUNTY. But then what would have happened to someones CONSPIRACY TO PUT ME ON MY PLACE?? Fins I'm glad you think Lifestore is so great. Others experiences I fear have been entirely different. If I needed a morgage I woukd not go to Lifestore nor would I recommend. I know another family member besides the one being discussed who had,a lousy experience with them and went elsewhere for tgeir banking needs So the two cases my own and Houcks are not isolated experiences.Do you have any idea tgat in 2018 I think it was tge Federal Regulatory Commission was looking into Lifestore bank it it was put under their regulation
