Back there is no way to know how many people were videoed. The lady who was fired was a 30 year employee. They caught her as she was coming back from break and asked her a stupid question.She did not know they were making a Tic toc video. I think if she was fired the other two should have been fired also. If my Mom had still been there I guarabtee you there woukd be big reprecussions.

Is the family of the elder which was videoed aware of such, sounds to our sources they ort to consider some legal repercussions or something if they ain't already.

I just heard an interesting little story yesterday. Seems some hires at a local rehab for the elderly don't know the meaning of HIPPA. They were taking videos and blindsided an employee of 30 years with a question. This employee was just back from break and answered their questions honestly and the video was uploaded to Tictok. This employee of 30 years was fired while the two culprits who did this were not. Do I know names?? Yes I do. Now I could see justice if all three were fured and tge other employees made to review HIPPA guidelines. But this is inexcusable to violate patients rights to privacy by posting videos on Tictoc.
