I know exactly what it is homie, but obviously you dont. Fins is right the mafia uses it, and likely developed it.

It's the same method the mafia uses

Homie do you know what a vault is for burial?

I know my last few posts were way off topic for this thread but I could chat for days about death/burials/funeral/rituals. I think it's fascinating stuff. Actually, "low" life (or death) sounds about right...about 3-4 feet low for me.

Fun homie fact: I once designed a bookcase that (with the shelves removed) could be converted into a casket. I also had a coffee table option but it was just a too-big coffee table for most houses. Why not make your coffin a nice piece of furniture and get some use out of it while you're alive? Instead we buy these expensive, non biodegradable, ridiculous things from the funeral home. They cost thousands and then we put them on display for the viewing/funeral (2 days max) and then bury them in the dirt, with a concrete vault.

Unsustainable in so many ways...

Then you fill the ground with chemicals homie.

There are proper & lawful ways to do a "green" burial, even here. Obviously if you own a patch of land your options are more varied. And alkaline hydrolysis disposition of a body is to my mind a better option than cremation, it's been legal here for a few years now. NC law also does not require embalming either and I'd prefer not to have that done. Just throw me in a fridge for a day (if necessary) and do the funeral asap in that case.

I don't really care what my family does with my remains. I've told them to do whatever is the easiest/cheapest thing - for them - & that will be a-ok with (dead) me. If I could be dumped in the compost heap, that would be fine but I'm a gardening enthusiast and know that compost additions have to be veg, no meat.

I don't know whether you plan on being cremated Dog, but you gonna burn one way or another.

I really didnt expect you to think. Your father just turned over in his grave. On a side note homie its against the law in NC to be buried outside a vault. consider the furnace.

dog - you don't "control where I go when I die".

Do you really believe that?

When I die I hope to be buried in a biodegradable coffin (a refrigerator cardboard box would do). Then I hope that I become compost or worm food or whatever. When I'm gone I expect to be really gone - for good.

Homie you just remember that I control where you go when you die. Now think on that one.

Potential...having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future.

Your time is up Snif. That's Fins spelled backwards in case you did't get it

Of course you enjoy his posts. Like you, he doesn't say anything. Pretty disappointing too, because for a moment I thought he might have some potential.

fins, Nobody thinks (or even cares) if you and dog are the same person. If it's true, then you've taken the time to develop two totally different writing styles and personalities - that would be more than a little weird.
