I see no one else saw what I did. If the grader was on a farm then what was a Johnny trooper there for? They only investigate the highways in NC not farms.

Baskerville, I know of a few people that own graders just for their personal use on farms, etc.

Knowing the location, i'm thinking more along the lines of private owner on his own farm.
