When Brandon couldn't cut it as a road deputy, James put him in dispatch so he could stay on at sheriff's department . Paid him as a deputy, all so those non law enforcement years would count as law enforcement retirement. See there is a difference in law enforcement retirement and non sworn retirement at a sheriff's department. James and Brandon have been seen out eating at local restaurants since Brandon ran the first time. Nell, usually when a sheriff candidate doesn't name a chief deputy, it's because that person is already in local law enforcement and does not want to jeopardize his/her career if election doesn't go right. Danny Houck is to busy running family tree farm. It is great having a job that you can take off every November and half December to run your father in-laws tree business, like Danny does. Backontrack Danny and Luke are different kind of cowboys, Luke wears wranglers and cowboy hats. Danny just wears boots to make him over 5' 4" and those jeans with jewels on back pockets.

PeeBrain is making up accusations about the sheriff because he got fired. He's bounced from job to job more than a hooker.

Sheriff returns phone calls and has his house here as well. He has it blocked so no one knows where he lives but that's allowable and verified and anyone can do so. The ones who complain about him not calling back are not valid. I have always had my calls returned promptly and these rumor mills are getting ridiculous just like the k9 mess lil wanna be cowboy tried drumming up they are all certified and properly trained. Dog, I did not know about law enforcement exception till you told it. What i said is true, we can not tell if Brandon pays taxes on land or not. Register of deeds does not show tax information. The fact is Luke lives here and votes here, he is legal to vote and run for office. Short story for ya'll. I lived in Allegheny for awhile. Over there we had a good man as sheriff, but a good man that is never there is not a good sheriff but still a good man. That man is no longer sheriff because of his constant absence from the office.
