In Ashe County it will be hard to find an acceptable room for much less than $100, it is true. The Lodge at the Landing has rooms for $109 a night, do the two compare?
If my business is paying the rate then $100+/- or even higher would seem reasonable, If I'm paying for it myself for some reason that $100 threshold sometimes just makes it tough.

It's not a "by the hour" motel like nations inn or best western.

No real bargains there, with room rates in excess of $100 per night, seems a little spendy for West Jefferson.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. Possibly the best night of my life. At least in the top 5
