This childcare center is ok. The children seem happy. The staff seems competent and let's face it, not many of us would want to be in childcare. The pay is poor. Many parents have complaints some warranted and others are unwarranted. The teachers are underappreciated for the work that they do. if you don't like the service that your child receives, move him or her. I'm sure that some of the complaints will universally be the same.

The director has no idea what she is doing. Any kid that acts up a little she claims they should be on medication. She was caught bringing in counselors without parent notification. Reporting kids to the state with out going through the proper protocol. Making false claims about kids in their records. There are good teachers there no doubt about that. They are the ones that keep the place going.

Grown men have a choice as to writhe they use a public restroom. These children do not have a choice. Some kids would hold it all day which can lead to serious health problems.

You need to visit a men’s bathroom- nothing is closed-in at most public installations. That would be an issue to me if toilets were exposed w/o doors of any sort, like by a water fountain. People pee and poo. If Little Kristen drops a smelly deuce, stalls won’t save her from the childlike ridicule. It’s a part of life.

Yes the toilets are not in a closed in bathroom. Even other centers provide some sort of privacy.

They moved to Family Central on June 4. I'm not sure when or where the new center will be. I've only been to the old center a couple of times and it was a very unorganized program. The children have no privacy to use the bathroom either. It is the same at the new location. The toilets are right out in the open. It is state regulation for them to have to be that way either. It does inspection though. I just don't think it is proper.
