Judging by what I'm seeing on Facebook, it seems like they may have a few more people trying to "knock them down." I've seen several posts, one being just yesterday, regarding apparent attempts at "knocking them down." Maybe there's more to the story than just bad food and lousy service, but when operating a business, it's probably not the best idea to air your drama all over Facebook. That kind of goes hand in hand with getting defensive over constructive criticism.

User name there was constructive criticism on this thread and one other previous thread. The owner/manager obviously has refused to admit to themselves they have a problem.

Exactly. If it's not about the food, then why would multiple people single out OTE to criticize? Why did they not pick another restaurant if they just want to hate? Or why aren't they criticizing other restaurants too? The reason is simple. Because it's really about the food quality. And while some people have defended OTE claiming the had great meals, well some people will eat anything. Pizza Hut is proof of that. Heck, most people are fairly lax on the crap they will shovel in their mouth. But when you keep hearing over and over that the food at a place is bad, odds are the food really is bad

I find it rather comical that because OTE left a bad taste in a few people's mouths (no pun intended), people are saying they're trash talking or trying to ruin the business. What ever happened to constructive criticism? If you can't handle the fact that some will not like your food and/or service, then you are in trouble. Everyone will have an opinion. You will like some opinions and you won't like some of them. If there's a problem, you have to be willing to get to the root of it and see what it is you might could do to make it better. If you can't do that, you might as well close your doors now. There is no way you will operate a successful business if you get ugly defensive when someone complains. Your attitude as displayed here will run people off a lot quicker than poor service and bad food.

Better yet why not just go with Pointman the Richard Cranium (D*** Head) of Ashe...
