I would go the other side of the coin on that one Fins. Certainly an Asian crime syndicate could open up a halfway decent Chinese joint somewhere nearby. Egg rolls and flied lice!

Stolen bikes and pugs. Sounds like we've got one of them organized crime rings. Hopefully they'll open a restaurant to launder their money. Them WOPs sure know how to make good pasta

No one stole anything from a busy parking lot like winners circle. More unbelievable is the tying back down of another bike. I think I will have to call BS on this one. Was a detective assigned to this case?
