How does him ruining the rescue squad make Ashe Medics look bad?

Robert Poe is in charge! I hear he is intentionally trying to run the rescue squad down to the ground to either get funding for the squad or to make it look bad on Ashe Medics so that he can get the EMS contract

I am hearing from my sources that the rescue squad lost its transport certification. I also have information that is public that they no longer qualify as a advanced life support back up to the county only basic level or a bandaid bunch.

Does anyone know the rescue squad certification rating? I hear there was a change to it recently.
