I'm going to take a guess here and say that the OP owns some kind of a resale clothing shop in the area and is trying to stir up some trouble. Didn't work though, obviously.

My wife has been in there several times and hasn't had any issues like those you mentioned. She said the prices are much cheaper than Goodwill. Maybe it was just a one-time thing. She has had waiting time at the Goodwill store though.

I have been in the store many times & super prices-better than GW or Walmart for sure. Everyone I had anything to do with were great...Maybe you were not in the same place. Clean & well organized with colors &
sizes separate so you do not have to hunt to get nice things. Lots of new items in there also...
Maybe you are a spy from GW...West Jefferson needs a store like this to support a great GODLY cause...

Agent, you know that never happened. Makes to much sense to provide constrictive criticism at the time you experience the problem to the folks who can make a change.

Hopefully your post here is in addition to the information about your experience that you shared with the Manager before you left the store.

I would just like to say that the new salvation army store in town was not what I expected when I first walked in. I noticed one of the managers on her phone the entire time. I had to wait at the register for the cashier because she was off doing something else. The store didn't seem organized to me at all and the prices could have been a little better. I would like to note that I didn't see very many people actually running the store.
