I'm in the same boat as fins, when you market a commercial property you provide at least 5 years of financials. This gives a true value of the entire property. You also can price it by the square foot of all the buildings. I will look at the tax value of the joint and get back to you.

Not really. Especially when considering the commercial value. I'd really have to just see the numbers it's been turning to get an accurate value. But that seems like a fair starting point.

The restaurant has had 3 different kitchen managers in what 3-4 years, something tells me it's bleeding money......

If you discount the restaurant, that's 66k an acre, that's pretty high......

Maybe not for a restaurant, land and rentals cabins I have seen a lot less go for more
