I guess you think that cops should just let speeders run out of gas before attempting to stop them, or maybe let mass shooters just run out of ammo before approaching them. I'm sure that if the cops were to just leave a drunk on the side of the road and let them sleep it off before approaching them and they were to drive there vehicle into the road and kill someone you would be the first to yell that the cops were wrong. Did you even finish the eighth grade or are you still there? I know cops make mistakes but at least they are educated when hired, obviously your not.

Funny thing Munday's dash camera was then only one working on the Houck case. Would be interesting to see what their body cam feed is. I personally wouldn't want to see anything attached to Hoppy 's body but to each their own..

Taker, I understand what you are saying, but there are parts in the lawsuit that are too cut and dry to be spin.

man you said a mouthful. I read the transcript from the Houck case. It was like sitting there watching it live and direct. Made me a little more reluctant to interact or acknowledge that I know the large LEO.

I was a juror once in Lawsuit very similar to this, and the actual facts were not as embellished as the facts written in the Lawsuit. I have no side on this one, but what comes out under sworn testimony can be quite different than what is filed in the suit. Before we were done deliberating, the suit was settled and the results were sealed.

The lawsuit is so detailed its just like you are watching it. Of course the descents attorneys have watched it. The attorneys in the lawsuit tell you they cant see all of what is happening but when they say they could hear the descents moans of bewilderment and a crazed barney yelling "I am going to fing kill you" its pretty obvious.

I think early on some here may have had some comments on Dallas based on his known history and his TV appearance. But after most of us read through the lawsuit, we found plenty of reason to question the actions of the Barney's. I'm not going to be supportive of the Barney's. When one is caught on camera yelling "I'll ****ing kill you" while firing on a suspect, it shows he is on a power trip. And other actions clearly shows he is a coward.

Well I hope it keeps someone else that needs help from getting shot by the same gun happy LEO's. So what exactly expired if you where there? Did anyone try to stop Dallas including Hoppy before he tried to man handle him out of the vehicle? Did you feel like anyone's life in the immediate area was in jeopardy before the LEO's showed up? I have not said one negative thing about Dallas or any of the Shatley family. I think others posting here are just trying to get a handle on what seems like another senseless shooting by overzealous Deputies?
